Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Git2Art for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the site
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

In no event shall Git2Art or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Git2Art, even if Git2Art or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on Git2Art could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Git2Art does not warrant that any of the materials on the website are accurate, complete, or current. Git2Art may make changes to the materials contained on the website at any time without notice.

6. Materials and Content Ownership

6.1 Your Content

The GitHub repository URLs and code you provide are your responsibility. Git2Art does not claim ownership of the code from your repositories. Generated artwork is based on analysis of your public repository data.

6.2 Generated Artwork

The artwork generated by Git2Art is based on your repository's structure and metrics. You own the rights to the generated artwork, but by using Git2Art, you grant us permission to:

• Display your artwork in the public gallery (with attribution to your repository)
• Use your artwork for promotional purposes and examples
• Store artwork metadata in our database

6.3 Git2Art Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and algorithms of Git2Art are the intellectual property of Robert Svebeck or their respective owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit them without permission.

7. Links

Git2Art has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Git2Art of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

8. Modifications

Git2Art may revise these terms of service for the website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.

• Use the service to generate artwork from private repositories without authorization
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems
• Deliberately disrupt the normal operation of the service

11. Service Availability

Git2Art strives to maintain continuous service availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Git2Art may suspend or discontinue the service at any time with or without notice. We are not liable for any consequences resulting from service interruptions or discontinuation.

12. Fair Use

To protect our service from abuse, Git2Art reserves the right to:

• Limit the number of artwork generations per user per day
• Implement rate limiting on API requests
• Suspend access for users violating these terms
• Remove inappropriate content from the gallery

13. Attribution

When artwork is displayed in the Git2Art gallery, proper attribution to the original GitHub repository is provided. This attribution must be maintained in all uses of the artwork.

14. Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Git2Art regarding the use of this website and supersede all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral.
